Ground Work
The event site and livestream for Annoor Academy’s fundraising dinner, which raised nearly $500,000.
Ground Work was part one of Annoor Academy of Knoxville’s capital campaign: a fundraising dinner on October 22, 2022, in person and online. Monty worked on it as part of wavedepth.
The brief
Annoor Academy asked for the whole package: a website, the livestream production, and design. Monty designed and built the whole site in Elementor.
From invitation to donation
The page leads with the two things a guest needs: register for the dinner, and donate. Then come the event details, the special guest, the fundraising goal, and a path to enrollment for families.
Running the night
On the night, Monty’s team at wavedepth was on site as the production studio and the software engineers. They set up and ran the livestream for everyone watching online, and managed the fundraising. The goal was $400,000. They raised $487,000.
