The service

MK Studio provides design services and lead-capture infrastructure for real estate professionals. The website describes these services and lets you contact us. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between you and MK Studio.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and only submit your own contact details.
• Do not use the site to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with the site’s operation or security.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.

SMS Terms

Text messaging from MK Studio is opt-in and governed by our Privacy Policy. If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you’ll get texts about your inquiry, scheduling, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you’re an MK Studio customer, you can choose to get a text alert each time your landing page captures a lead. You turn alerts on by giving us your mobile number for them during setup. Alerts come from MK Studio, how often depends on how many leads you get, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop alerts or HELP for help. Lead alerts by email continue either way.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the MK Studio name and marks are owned by K VENTURES, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for third-party services (for example, carriers, hosting, or calendar providers). To the fullest extent permitted by law, K VENTURES, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
