Information we collect

We collect the information you submit through our contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and any message you send. When you submit the form we also record technical details required for consent recordkeeping: the date and time of submission, your IP address, and which consent boxes you checked.

We also count visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t collect anything that identifies you: just things like which pages are visited, the referring site, and your browser and country, in total.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about.
• To send you text messages only if you expressly opt in (see SMS terms below).
• To keep a record of your consent choices, as required for compliance.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email and SMS delivery), and only as needed to provide the service.

Data retention & your choices

We retain contact submissions and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and compliance obligations, then delete them. You may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing [email protected]. You can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP, and opt out of email by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
